Payment
Payment will be made in advance via Stripe. Note: All electronic payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations must be received within 7 days of course start with written notice given to Math Swap Tutoring LLC via e-mail at shawn@mathswaptutoring.com. A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted if cancellation occurs within the 7-day time period. No cancellation requests will be accepted within 48 hours of course start.
Tutor’s Obligations
The tutor agrees to the following:
- Being present and timely for every session
- Being adequately prepared for every session
- Providing all materials relevant to the course (books, paper, pencils, handouts, etc.)
- Keeping all of student’s information confidential
Student’s Obligations
The student agrees to the following:
- Being present and timely for every session
- Being adequately prepared for every session with appropriate materials (pencil, paper, calculator, etc.) and having completed any work given by tutor
